Cheval East is an exclusive, upscale and deed-restricted community located 15 miles north of downtown Tampa, Florida.
Cheval has three convenient entry gates, with the main entrance located off North Dale Mabry Highway near the northern terminus of Veterans Expressway. All gates are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a Community Service Staff of friendly professionals that provides peace of mind, since only residents, their authorized guests, and approved vendors may enter any of the three gates. Privacy and security are community priorities and no solicitation is ever permitted.
Tampa's Cheval Community is represented by two separate neighborhood associations, each with its own deed restrictions, architectural guidelines and boards of directors. Cheval East is served by the Cheval Property Owners Association, Inc., (CPOA). Cheval West is served by the Property Owners Association (POA), Community Development District (CDD) and their respective boards.
